USER CONSENT

1. I affirm that I have read and understood the TDC Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and this Notice, and that my user relationship with TDC shall be subject to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, this Notice and any other rules, agreements, guidelines that TDC may effectuate from time to time.
2. I agree to comply with the specific requirements mentioned under the Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and this Notice at all times for availing any Services being offered by TDC. 
3. I am voluntarily submitting my personal information to TDC in order to avail the Services being offered by TDC. 
4. I am voluntarily providing my actual, free, specific, valid, informed, unconditional, unambiguous and verifiable consent to the collection, use, storage, required disclosure, transfer, recording, organisation, structuring, adaptation, retrieval, alignment or combination, indexing, sharing, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, restriction, erasure or destruction or otherwise processing of my personal information by TDC for the purposes stated under the Privacy Policy.
5. I authorise TDC (including its authorised representatives, permitted assigns and affiliates) to create, operate and manage my profile on certain identified third-party matrimonial portals as a part of the full scope of Services provided by TDC. Further, I shall communicate, in advance, to TDC in case I wish to opt out of this particular Service. 
6. I agree, affirm and understand that I am required to adhere to, at all times, the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, this Notice and any other rules, agreements, guidelines that TDC may effectuate from time to time in order for me to avail any Services offered by TDC.
