Who are your matchmakers, and what do they do?

Our matchmakers are trained professionals with backgrounds in psychology, human behavior, and relationship advisory. They act as your personal partner search strategist and dating coach - curating introductions, helping you identify red flags, managing feedback after dates, and keeping you emotionally grounded through the process.

What kind of people do you work with?

What is the TDC Membership?

TDC Membership is our entry-level program that gives you access to The Date Crew’s private network. Your profile along with Magic Link becomes discoverable to our matchmakers, who may reach out if you’re a strong fit for a Partner Search Program client. There’s no guaranteed number of matches, but it’s the first step into our curated ecosystem.

What is the Partner Search Program?

The Partner Search Program is our premium, high-engagement offering. You get a dedicated matchmaker, personalized search strategy, ongoing introductions, and emotional guidance throughout your journey - from onboarding to relationship readiness till you are married.

What’s the difference between the two?

TDC Membership keeps you open to opportunities - your profile stays in our ecosystem for discovery. The Partner Search Program is an active, hands-on journey with a dedicated matchmaker, curated introductions, and structured progress tracking. Read more about it here.

How do I know which program is right for me?

If you’re exploring options and want to be considered for potential matches, start with TDC Membership. If you’re clear about wanting to find your life partner now and are ready to invest time and energy, the Partner Search Program is for you.

What happens after I apply?

Once you’re accepted, we conduct a detailed call to understand your story, preferences, and dealbreakers. Your matchmaker explains the entire process to you, and together, you decide which path you want to take.

What happens after you make the payment?

Once your TDC Membership payment is confirmed, you receive access to your private member dashboard, which includes your Magic Link (modern digital biodata), and resources to begin your journey. After you complete your Magic Link, your profile becomes discoverable to TDC's matchmakers who may reach out if you're a strong fit for a Partner Search client.

When will I get matched?

We know waiting can feel uncertain, and that's completely valid. We only make introductions when we see a strong, thoughtful fit, which is why it can take a little time. Some members hear from us sooner, others a bit later, it really depends on who comes into the network and how well they align with you. What we can promise is that when we do reach out, it won't be a random suggestion, it'll be someone we genuinely believe could be meaningful for you.

What if I change my requirements after signing up?

Your preferences can evolve, and that's completely natural. You can always login into your portal and update the “Partner Preferences” section, after that matchmakers will refine the search based on updated preferences and feedback after each introduction. The process is built to adapt with you, not lock you in.

How long is the TDC Membership valid for?

The TDC Membership is an annual membership, valid for 1 year from the date of activation, priced at ₹4,999 (or $90 for international members).

Do you get to swipe or see any profiles?

No. TDC Membership is not a browsing or swiping platform. Members don't get to view other profiles, send requests, or browse through the network. Instead, our matchmakers personally reach to you when there's genuine alignment with a Partner Search client within the network. Think of it as having someone in your corner who's genuinely invested in finding the right person for you. All you need to do is put your best self into your profile and leave the rest to us.

Will I get a dedicated matchmaker assigned to me?

A dedicated matchmaker is part of the Partner Search Program, not the TDC Membership. With the Membership, your profile is reviewed by TDC's matchmakers, and they'll reach out if there's genuine alignment with a partner search program customer.

Is there a guarantee of finding a match?

TDC is transparent about this, there is no guaranteed number of matches with the Membership. Matchmakers reach out only when there's genuine alignment with a Partner Search client. What TDC does guarantee is a thoughtful, human-led, and structured process. Over 85% of their clients report meaningful connections that wouldn't have happened otherwise.

Do you do background checks?

Yes. TDC verifies government identity, college degree, income proof, and KYC verification for all members before onboarding.

What is a “match,” and how is it counted?

A match is a meaningful connection — when both individuals have met (virtually or in person) and felt enough alignment to want a second meeting. Casual chats or unreciprocated interests are not counted as matches.

How do you find my matches?

Your matchmaker sources profiles from our verified internal database, referrals, and curated searches across select matrimonial platforms. Every match is vetted through a one-on-one conversation before being introduced to you.

Do you use my existing matrimonial profiles?

Yes, if you already have profiles on matrimonial platforms, we can take over and manage them for you. Our team refines your bio, messaging, and outreach to ensure you attract better quality matches while maintaining complete confidentiality.

What if I don’t find anyone I connect with?

Our focus is on quality introductions, not quantity. We encourage clients to meet matches even if they align 60 - 70% - real compatibility often emerges through conversations, not filters. Your matchmaker will continue refining the search based on your feedback.

How often will I get introductions?

Typically, clients receive 2–4 curated introductions per month, depending on availability, preferences, and responsiveness. Our goal is to ensure each introduction is intentional and aligned, not rushed.

What are your packages and pricing?

We offer multiple programs based on involvement and duration. Our entry-level program, TDC Membership, starts at ₹4,999 (or $90 for international clients). For those ready for active partner search, our Premium Search Program starts at ₹80,000 (or $900 internationally) and includes a dedicated matchmaker, profile creation, and curated introductions.

Do you charge a success fee?

Yes - a success bonus is charged only when a TDC-introduced match leads to marriage. It’s our way of celebrating successful partnerships with you.

Is there any guarantee of marriage?

No matchmaking service can guarantee marriage. What we guarantee is a deeply human, thoughtful, and structured process that significantly increases your chances of finding a meaningful relationship.

How long does the process take?

Every journey is unique. On average, clients work with us for 6 - 9 months. Some meet the right person within weeks; others take longer depending on their readiness, clarity, and openness.

Can I pause or upgrade my plan later?

Yes. You can pause your search if you’re exploring a potential connection, or upgrade to a higher plan if you want more active support.

How do you protect client privacy?

Your information is completely confidential. Profiles are shared only with shortlisted matches, and you decide what to reveal and when. No profile is ever made public or searchable online.

Do you verify identities or backgrounds?

Yes. We verify identity, profession, and relationship status for all clients before onboarding. Additional checks (employment, education, or background) can be conducted upon request.
