This Cancellation & Refund Policy (“Policy”) forms a part of the Terms of Use and Service Agreement between The Date Crew (“TDC”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and any individual (“you”, “your”, “member”, “client”) who purchases or uses any service offered by TDC.
By purchasing or using any TDC service, including but not limited to the TDC Membership and Partner Search Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.
TDC reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time. Any changes become effective immediately upon being published on our website or otherwise communicated to you.
The Date Crew provides curated, human-led matchmaking and relationship discovery services. We are not a dating app, matrimonial listing platform, or guarantee-based matchmaking agency.

If immediately after reviewing the onboarding expectations and membership structure you believe the service is not aligned with your expectations, you may request a refund before your profile is activated within the ecosystem.
