We primarily offer curated, human-led partner search services for You in order to find a potential match for You. However, it must be understood that at no point in time will TDC be considered either of the following: (i) a dating application; or (ii) a matrimonial platform; or (iii) a guarantee-based matchmaking agency.
The scope of Services offered to You, which are personalised and tailored to provide an enriching experience to You, involve substantial human effort and usage of operational resources, including, without limitation:
In addition to the above, in order to provide a personalised experience, substantial time and efforts are dedicated from Our team immediately upon Your onboarding, creation and approval of Your Profile and its activation, provision and availing of a Service.
In light of the same, You are hereby informed that unless and until the same is explicitly stated herein or communicated in writing to You by a TDC representative, any and all payments made to TDC are non-refundable and no discounts, offers on the same can be availed.
The TDC Membership is a curated, access-based membership within the TDC ecosystem. However, TDC hereby represents and warrants that the TDC Membership is and shall not be, at any point in time, considered a guaranteed matchmaking tool.
Payment of the specific membership fees for purchasing the TDC Membership shall enable You to avail the below mentioned benefits, which are provided subject to the sole discretion of TDC:

(i) Any information submitted during the Pre-Activation stage wherein an automated link is set to create a User Profile, is subject to scrutiny by TDC.
(ii) At any point in time prior to the completion of onboarding, post provision of information by a User during the Pre-Activation stage, if any information submitted by a User is found to be false, incomplete, manipulated, doctored, misrepresenting, stolen or misleading in any manner, TDC reserves the right to decline any requests for refunds of any amounts paid. However, any grievances related to the same may be raised through the contact information provided. TDC is not obligated to provide refunds on account of initiation of a refund request in such circumstances, save and except for severe cases wherein TDC may, at its sole discretion, accommodate a request post a detailed review of facts and circumstances.
Further, kindly note that acceptance of any and all refund requests are subject to TDC's sole discretion. Further, any request for refunds must be raised prior to the formal verification and/or activation of a User Profile. Upon the occurrence of either of the following: (i) Profile verification; (ii) Profile activation; (iii) Completion of internal review of User information by TDC, any amounts paid to TDC shall be non-refundable, including but not limited to any amounts paid towards the TDC Membership.
In the event that a refund request is approved by TDC, the following deductions shall be applicable:

Inclusive of and subject to the Terms, Policy, TDC reserves the right to offer courses related to matchmaking ("Course"), as well as limited, one-on-one expert advice sessions with matchmaking experts selected by TDC ("Consultation") (collectively, "Courses and Consultations").
Any and all Courses and Consultations offered by TDC shall be offered in accordance with the following conditions:
i. Courses and Consultations shall individually be subject to pricing determined solely by TDC, payable in accordance with the payment specifications required under such Course or Consultation.
ii. Courses and Consultations offered by TDC shall be subject to the Terms, Privacy Policy as well as this Policy (and any other policy, guideline, regulation, notice etc. as may be published by TDC on the Site from time to time) at all times.
iii. Courses and Consultations are and shall remain exclusive of and unrelated to the TDC Membership, Partner Search Program. Further, availing either the TDC Membership or enrolling into the Partner Search Program does not and shall not entitle a User to avail any discounts with respect to any Course, Consultation.
iv. Subject to the Terms, Privacy Policy, this Policy any other agreement or document or policy or terms uploaded on the Site, any potential refund requests for any Course shall be evaluated solely at TDC's discretion and only in exceptional circumstances as determined by TDC.

By using our Services, You acknowledge that matchmaking outcomes are subjective, emotionally driven, and dependent on multiple external variables beyond TDC's control.
