Trust is built in small moments, so before we get to your story, here's a little of mine.
I'm from a small city in Mumbai who spent the early years of her career on cruise ships, bouncing between the islands with a crew where I was the only Indian woman. That's where I learned to read people quickly, across cultures, languages and accents. (I can place almost any accent within a sentence now. It's a party trick.)
In many Indian homes, the container is quietly sacred. The steel dabba that carries a warm lunch across the city, the old barni holding pickle through a monsoon, the spice box with its small, well-worn compartments, even the humble Tupperware that has outlived three moves. Each one holds something without changing it, keeps it safe, and gives it a place to rest until it's needed.
This is how I think of my role as a therapist. I am a container for whatever you need to bring: the grief you haven't said aloud, the anger that feels too big, the thoughts that don't make sense yet, the parts of your story that feel too heavy or too tender to carry alone. You don't have to tidy them up or sort them first. Some things need to be held before they can be understood, and I can hold what you need me to.
If you are searching for a relationship or a marriage match, that might include family expectations, the fear of choosing wrong, or the quiet question of whether you are enough. Here, you can make room for all of it and get clearer about what kind of partnership feels like yours.
I know what a good relationship does for a person. I'm in one, and it has made every scary decision in my life feel a little smaller. I want that for you, a best friend, a confidant, someone who lovingly rage baits you and still keeps you falling.
It is my belief that love and healing both need conversation. If every conversation about your love life so far has felt heavy, clinical or exhausting, we're going to change that. I'll ask the real questions, I'll encourage curiosity and reflection while you answer them, and I'll listen to the things you say and especially don't say in between.

🌊 Through-and-through water baby (I'm a Pisces, so it tracks). Any ocean, lake or pool, I'm in, no questions asked. I've gone snorkelling in clear skies and watched storms a little too closely, and I find both peaceful.
🌮 I cook every single day, and my favourite food isn't Indian. It's Mexican, and it has been since my first proper taco in Mexico. I find it oddly comforting to create something.
🤓 I am a massive nerd, as my partner claims. I love learning about anything and everything.
🏝️ Climbed a waterfall in Jamaica, ziplined over the ocean in Haiti, and fell in love with Spain while the ship was in for repairs.
